Recreation
As part of the recreation programme, the Esther Foundation has a basketball team that plays each Saturday afternoon and a the CHOOSE LIFE triathlon team that have already participated in a number of events. In addition to this, all participants swim each Monday, have physical training three times per week and are required to walk each morning before breakfast.
Two camps are held each year in Dunsborough, there are excursions each week and summer includes many outings to the beach and to the hills. The girls also attend many movies, events and conferences.
