Learn while you work!

Today, more than ever—people are inspired to do more than just work. They want work that is meaningful. Something that makes tangible difference in people's lives.

At Esther, we help young women break free from a life on the streets. A life cycle of trauma, addiction, drug and alcohol abuse, broken families, failed schooling and toxic relationships.

Thankfully, you can help.

If you're looking for personal and professional growth, meaningful work, a chance to learn and have the opportunity to gain skills, qualifications and experience—all whilst working with a team of like-minded, passionate people... then look no further! If you share our values, we have two kinds of opportunties.

Internship role

We have internship opportunities which allows one to study, get qualified and gain valuable experience. This opportunity is also offered to participants in the program as they progress through their restoration and recovery journey. Join our passionate team today and find out why they love the work they do.

See below for availability.

Staff role

We also have work opportunities for those who have prior experience, qualifications and the heart to work within a team.

See below for availability.

Tia is a participant in the program and has started her internship in Leadership Management & Community Services.

Tell us about your experience!

"The internship is the perfect opportunity for me to get the hands-on experience, developing my leadership skills at the same time as participating in the program.

I’ve had the chance to build healthy relationships with people from all different walks of life, while learning the best possible ways to support and mentor them through their own individual journeys.

The internship has really allowed me to grow in my own personal recovery here at Esther and I get the chance to give back and help others along the way. On top of that, I’m receiving qualifications that will allow me to build a career in the Community Services sector, once I graduate the program.

I would definitely recommend being a part of this unique experience to anyone considering the program. I’m excited and looking forward to what the future will bring me!"
