    Without purpose, there is no meaning

    We believe that only a life lived for others is a life worth living and fighting for. To carry each others' burdens and to share the weight of the world is part of what we do best, because we know we are better together. To see mothers, sisters and daughters overcoming challenges in life, bringing restoration not only to themselves, but also to their families, is not work- it is a privilege and honor to be a part of.

Our Vision

To see every life in the Foundation transformed and committed to life-long growth.

We believe that true transformation begins from the inside out. This also holds true when we look at our Organisation, for which corporate and cultural transformation commenced in 2019 and led us into our next season. We see our Vision as being all encompassing and a model of leading by example; from members of the Board, to our Senior Leadership, to Staff and Volunteers.

Our key objectives

In line with our Board's renewed Strategic direction, our Key Objectives include:

  1. EDUCATION
    To continuously improve the Program to meet the changing needs of our Program Participants

    To promote a safe culture where all are able to speak up and be heard

    To provide a holistic environment that promotes personal growth and minimises relapse

  4. INTEGRATION
    To facilitate the successful transition of Program Participants into the Community.
      
  5. SUSTAINABILITY
    To strengthen the Organisational structure to enable the effective delivery of our Program and to achieve financial independence with capacity for growth.

How we are getting there? 

Some of our recent initiatives include:

  1. GROWTH MINDSET CULTURE
    We are continually guided by our Purpose, core Values, strategic plans and key accountabilities that allow us to optimize the Program experience for both our Girls and Staff, like our recently unveiled Program Stages.



     
  2. CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT
    We are intenionally investing into the capabilities of our team, to empower them in their daily skills and leadership

     abilities.
     
  3. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
    We are constantly looking at ways to further engage our Sponsors, Partners and Donors, and honor their contributions in helping restore the lives of so many of our Girls and their families.


     
  4. INCREASED RANGE OF PROFESSIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
    We now have a holistic professional team serving our Girls to help address their emotional, mental, physical and spiritual needs.


     
  5. PROFESSIONAL SYSTEMS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
    We are leveraging our new digital environment to further strengthen our productivity and efficiency, and are continually improving the clarity and consistency with which we implement all our policies and procedures. We now have the platforms by which teams can actively communicate and collaborate on a daily basis.
